You might be wondering…

How much time does this actually take?
This isn't about adding more overwhelm. Everything inside this experience has been intentionally designed so that you get the return you're looking for, without it taking over your life. There are structured touchpoints, space to integrate, and flexibility in how you engage. It's built to support you, not pressure you.
Where does this take place?
This is a hybrid experience designed primarily for women in Southeastern Ontario, including the Ottawa, Kingston, and GTA regions. The Think Tank days, brand photoshoots, interviews, and retreat are all coordinated within that area, and Pam works with you directly to make the logistics seamless. If your interview needs to be done virtually, that's absolutely an option too. And if you're outside of this region, that doesn't mean this can't work. Apply, jump on a call, and if it's a heck yes on both sides, we'll figure it out.
How do the in-person days work?
There are two Think Tank days across the five months. They are scheduled in advance with plenty of notice. You can come for the full day or part of the day. If you can't attend in person, you can join virtually, and everything will be recorded so you don't miss anything. Nothing is forced. Everything is available.
What does the experience look like over the summer?
This experience was designed with real life in mind, including summer. The first months build momentum, summer is intentionally lighter, and we close together at the retreat in the fall.
Will this feel overwhelming?
No, and that was one of the most important things I considered when creating this. This is not a content-heavy or digitally exhausting experience. The FLAME Method™ is delivered in a way that is simple, usable, and designed to integrate into your life and business. This is about meaningful movement forward, not more noise.
Do I need to have an established business to apply?
Not at all. Some of the most impactful women I've worked with came from decades of a corporate career and hit the ground running in their entrepreneurship journey in a way that blew everyone away. What matters isn't your revenue or how long you've been in business. It's who you are, how you think, and what you're building. If this is calling you, that's worth a conversation.
What does the mentorship actually look like?
You'll have access to the FLAME Method™ inside a dedicated space you can return to throughout the entire experience. There are group calls where we work through the methodology and support each other, as well as individual sessions with me so the work gets truly personalized to you and your business. There's also Voxer support from me woven in. All of it is designed to feel supportive and spacious, not like another overwhelming commitment on your plate.
What kind of women will I be in the room with?
Women who are building meaningful things. Some are earlier in business but incredibly capable and resourced. Others are established and ready for more. What matters is not where you are on paper. It's who you are, how you think, and how you show up. This room is curated intentionally. That's what makes it powerful.
What if I've never invested at this level before?
Pricing and details are shared on our call. What I can tell you is that women who back themselves at this level see things shift quickly, not from pressure, but from decision.
What happens after the five months?
This doesn't just end. One of the most exciting things about being part of the Founding Cohort is that you'll have the opportunity to stay connected as the next cohort comes in, becoming part of a growing community of women who have been through this experience. The relationships you build here are meant to last well beyond five months. That's kind of the whole point.
What does the visibility suite process actually look like?
Brand shoots and interviews will be scheduled through June, July, and August 2026, all pre-arranged with you to make sure everything works seamlessly. The inaugural Our Limitless Legacy Magazine launches in fall 2026 as a digital publication shared across multiple channels. And the podcast launches in May 2026. You'll know exactly what's coming, when it's coming, and what to expect every step of the way.
Why is there an application?
Because this needs to feel like a full yes on both sides. I'm not here to convince anyone to join something they don't fully believe in. I know what's possible inside this room, and I care deeply about who is in it. I'm intentional about creating a space where who we say we are is who we actually are. That's what makes this work.
